How civil engineering teams are designing robust gravity-fed community supply grids in mountainous provinces.
Developing access to clean gravity-flow water networks in hilly terrains is one of Rwanda's top rural development priorities. ECOMEM's engineering group, led by lead civil engineer BIHIBINDI Telesphore, recently completed a 15km pipeline network in Nyamagabe District.
By leveraging sustainable water harvesting practices and installing solar-powered pump utilities, ECOMEM has established safe water stations for over 200 local families. Our engineers continue to conduct routine pressure checks to ensure water security for generations to come.
